Coaching leaders, teams and groups.

Who we are is how we lead, says Brené Brown, and I bring this approach to my coaching of leaders, teams and groups, I begin with self-understanding and self-leadership and bring an inside-out developmental approach to my coaching.  We know that when we understand and harness our inner game, we can play our biggest outer game.

 

I offer one-on-one leadership coaching as well as team and group coaching. I encourage coaching as a powerful tool to integrate learning as part of leadership programs. 

For executive coaching and one-on-one coaching program, I will work with you to decide if a diagnostic tool may be a useful place to start. I am accredited in Birkman, Hogan Leadership Profiling, Team Management Profile (TMP) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

My one-on-one coaching programs usually span a period of 3 to 6 months, with 6 x 1.5 hour sessions. Each session is supported with pre and post-work to support learning and integration, with access to me between sessions.

We can also work together to design a coaching program that best supports you and your goals.

Team and group coaching are often rolled out to support a specific program. They will often take place over a period of 3 - 12 months to assist with the integration of the learning and the application of the tools.

I work with you to design the team and group coaching to support the outcomes of the specific program.
