Humans are hardwired for connection - we do better together. I design and deliver experiences that make room for meaningful connection for your leaders and teams. I infuse warmth, inclusion and belonging in the experiences I facilitate, be it leadership programs, team workshops, offsites or team building events. I facilitate experiences online and in person, and design and deliver these differently – because they are.
Programs and workshops I facilitate include:
Leadership development - Leadership is about loving people. I believe leadership is for everyone. Leadership begins with leading ourselves, and the more leader-like your people feel, the more empowered they will be to do their best work and have an impact.
I work with you to design leadership development programs that meet the needs of your leaders and are aligned with your organisational goals and purpose. The leadership programs follow vertical development principles – they help people to begin with the inner work to do their best outer work. All leadership programs are designed with pre and post-integration work, to ensure the learning is applicable and practical. In my experience, leadership programs have the most impact when they are supported with coaching – either 1:1 or group and team coaching. The length of the leadership program can range from 1 day to 12 months, depending on the specific goals of the program.
Trust in teams - Trust sits at the heart of effectiveness at work because trust is the driving force of healthy work relationships. In high-trust organisations, employees feel safe to take greater risks which results in innovation and better performance. This program focuses on how you, as leaders, can build self-trust and extend this to building trust in your teams to increase engagement, creativity, commitment, and ultimately, high-performing teams. We will explore powerful trust frameworks that are practical and actionable. You will walk away with a trust toolkit that you can use to gauge and elevate trust in your team.
Leading meaningful feedback conversations - Feedback and feedforward conversations are love conversations because they prioritise someone else’s development over our own comfort. We start the learning with a mindset shift about these conversations. By approaching these conversations with curiosity and a lack of judgment, we create room for openness and safety. From there, I work with your people to use a super simple and practical framework to guide their conversations. We explore what-if scenarios and implement actions that move us toward a feedback culture where feedback conversations are everyday conversations.
Leader as a coach, bringing curiosity and coaching to the way you lead - Leaders have been traditionally rewarded for knowing and for fixing. But with a complex and uncertain future ahead, leaders are being asked to adapt their leadership style and add coaching to their leadership toolkit. To step up as a coach leader, we need to begin with a curious mindset and the skill to empower others to find their answers. Coaching is a powerful leadership approach that channels curiosity and the skill of guiding others in finding the answers. In this workshop, we explore adopting a coaching leadership style, frameworks to start coaching and stop telling, and locating opportunities to coach in the moment through powerful listening and questioning strategies.
Mindset and emotional resilience - It all begins with our inner game. What we choose to listen to and believe determines the choices and decisions we make. This inner game is either helpful or unhelpful to our outer game. In this workshop, we explore the inner game - unpacking both the thoughts and emotions that drive the stories we tell ourselves. We then dive into the strategies and tools to reframe and unlock this inner world, to rethink and transform our outer world.
Presenting with impact - Fear of rejection plagues the most confident person because humans are hardwired for connection and ultimately belonging. And when we are asked to stand in front of people to present, we risk this very primal fear – being rejected. In this workshop, we do the essential work of planning and preparing so we can show up fully, credibly and confidently. We use real play instead of role-play to plan, prepare and rehearse your next presentation.
